I don’t even have the words to give this hotel the praise it deserves but I will try to do them justice. Mine and my Husband, Marcus’ day was breath taking. Jamie the manager guided me through the process from start to finish answering my numerous crazy, flapping phone calls and emails without fail and putting my mind at ease. He, along with (and I can’t stress this enough) his INCREDIBLE staff made our day a dream. People said to us, take every moment in as the day will end up being a blur of a memory but I remember every single detail and we get to say with complete confidence that it was the best day of our lives because of them. They deserve complete recognition for the part they play in peoples lives and the lasting effect their kindness, excellent customer service and amazing eye for detail has on the brides and grooms that walk through that door! Jamie Chilton and his team were awesome. The wedding was relaxed but formal. It was exactly the vibe we were looking for. I even got a Guinness toast instead of Pimms. Little things like that made the service personal. Brilliant, couldn’t have asked for anything more.
